WHAT IS THE PROBLEMS OF SANTAL SOCIETY

We know Santal is an Indigenous people of our country. They are the son of soli of India. Many years ago they are live this country, here  have many indigenous people but in them the only santhal community is develop her by the system of majhi system of santhal society .this system totally logical and scientific .the santhal communityes culture is the peace of nature , the are believed in nature they prey for human they believed nature is god , MARANG BURU is the most powerful God of them, santhal culture is the one of the most logically, scientific culture, SARJOM GIRO is the power of santhar HUL (war) . if we carely seen there cultur, religion , system of social we loved their culture. we confused what it have and what it haven't .

But now at present situation the system of santhal society (Mahi System)is going to break. I will say some reasons for this manner. 

we know the system of majhi of santhal society is the oldest strcture of a society, their is some laws by word of mouth, like that majhi is the supreme of santhal society. All the work of santhal society is done by this middleman from birth to death of sanhal people. we are thankful to them because they have kept  the society alive through this beautiful structure . But todays Majhi Baba are unable to hold on to it. we have noticed that the Majhi Baba  are joining a political party, I agree with that if they had moved away from that position, the problem here is that even whenthey are being asked to step down,they are not moving and if that is the case then it is known that the system will break down and so on. they cant progress the relation of santhal society person they cant spread the this organization (BHARAT JAKAT MAJHI PARGANA MOHAL) they couldnt  understand then what is  the importance of this society(....PARGANA MOHAL) as a result, even if people know this system, they do not have muchfaith in it. because they known the
